Chrissy  began her journey in the health and wellness industry as a teenager, when she was a competitive figure-skater.  She graduated from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2000 and launched her own company shortly after with a focus in: holistic health, fitness, rehabilitation therapy, energy work, nutrition and personal development. Chrissy is a certified reiki practitioner and intuitive wellness + mindset + life coach. She has worked with clients from all walks of life, yet specializes in high-level women entrepreneurs and business owners. Her extensive experience as an entrepreneur for more than 20 years, coupled with her training as a competitive athlete in figure-skating and fitness, provides her with the wisdom and knowledge she passionately utilizes when working with women. Chrissy has been serving clients since 2001, facilitating  their growth process, so they can step into their power with greater clarity and conviction, while experiencing transformational results and healing.
